How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: Companies that perform services on our behalf, such as our property management software platform, tenant screening and consumer reporting agencies, payment processors, website hosting providers, and communication services. These providers are permitted to use your information only to perform services for us.
- Property owner and affiliates: Information may be shared between Lighthouse Multifamily Solutions and 220 Garland LLC as necessary to manage the property.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request, or to enforce our lease agreements and legal rights.
- Business transfers: In connection with a sale, transfer of management, or reorganization of the property, subject to applicable law

Online rent and fee payments are processed by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers on the Site. Payment information you submit is handled by the payment processor under its own privacy policy and security standards.
